Refund & Cancellation Policy

- Donations
All donations made to PRAKRITI BANDHU (Trust) are considered voluntary and non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error or in duplicate, a refund request may be considered under the following conditions:
- Valid Refund Conditions
- The donor sends a written request with the transaction ID within 7 days of donation.
- The request is submitted to: greenmiracleman@gmail.com
- The amount has not yet been utilized for any project or initiative.
If approved, the amount (minus gateway charges) will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 working days.
- Event Cancellations (if applicable)
If any paid event organized through the website is canceled, the full amount will be refunded. In case of postponement, the user may choose to attend the new date or claim a refund.
- Chargebacks
We discourage chargebacks without prior communication. Please write to us first so we can resolve any issues amicably.
